Why use a virtual assistant?

Using Pable has many benefits, and is simpler than you think. It’s about trusting someone to assist you with your business to free up more time and increase your effectiveness. Pable is very experienced with all type of administration, we use the latest technology and work from our own office space. Pable is confidential, trustworthy, flexible and reliable. Above all, Pable can save you money, up to 40% on salary costs compared to a full time office based member of staff.

How does it work?

Send us the work you need completing in the most convenient way for your business, i.e. email, post, Dropbox etc, and we will quote you for a tailor made package created to meet your business needs.

The quotation and a non-disclosure agreement is signed to confirm the details of the work to be undertaken. The work is then completed to meet your set criteria and timescale and returned to you via your preferred route. Where the opportunity exists, we prefer to send the work to you for approval prior to final presentation. We recommend that any hard copy is sent by a trackable method of delivery. Will we ever meet Pable?

Yes. The majority of work undertaken by Pable is completed without ever needing to meet the client face-to-face, however it would be nice to get to know more about our clients and their business and a face to face meeting would facilitate that easily.

We have an urgent task, can Pable deliver?

Yes. We pride ourselves on completing and delivering on time, and will never knowingly undertake work which cannot be completed within the required timescales.

I need an urgent task completed over the weekend, can Pable help?

Yes. It’s probably best to call us first to make sure we know you need a task completed urgently. That way we can get on to it right away.

Do we need to provide you with any equipment or office space?

No. Pable works from our own office which is fully equipped with the latest technology. If you wish us to use your branded paper we can arrange for this to be sent in the post beforehand, otherwise there is no need for you to supply us with anything other than documentation relating to the task in hand.

How does Pable keep track of their time?

We use time tracking software called Toggl which keeps a record of the time spent on your tasks to the minute. Take a look at how Toggl works via their website.

How are documents and files safe guarded?

Pable uses a secure online backup service for all client files. Encryption software is also installed on all computers.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, we offer a free consultation to all prospective clients.

How seriously do you take confidentiality?

Very seriously.

All of our clients tasks are handled in a confidential and secure manner. Any details pertaining to your task or your company will never be disclosed to any other party directly or indirectly nor will any information received from a client be used to benefit Pable in any way. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before any tasks commence.
